Join us for this interactive visual demonstration with artist Dave Drinon who paints in the tradition of “The Boston School Painters”. Watch as he creates a landscape with oils from his studio. He will demonstrate and discuss the importance of the various stages of a painting from the start to the later stages. Whether you work from photos or Plein-Air he will illustrate the steps for effective picture making. Dave will discuss composition, paint handling, color mixing and seeing relationally. Dave is a juried member of the NSAA, Rockport AA and Museum and the Copley Society of Art.

Class format: We will meet together using Zoom video conferencing. An invite will be emailed to you before the first class session, and you'll need internet access on your computer, tablet, or phone to participate.
