Paul Gauguin once said, “Color! What a deep and mysterious language, the language of dreams.” Using vibrant paints, tempera cakes, and pastels, we will bask in the awesomeness of color by painting like modern artists—abstract expressionists like Jackson Pollock, Helen Frankenthaler, and Hans Hofmann who poured their emotions into action painting and pop artists like Roy Lichtenstein and Romero Britto, whose fun, color-splashed comics and cartoon-like imagery are a blast to recreate. 

EAC will provide a materials packet for contactless pickup that will include all of the required materials.

Class format: We will meet together using Zoom video conferencing. An invite will be emailed to you before the first class session, and you'll need internet access on your computer, tablet, or phone to participate.
